69(1)The Minister may designate in writing persons to carry out activities associated with
(a)
the assessment and monitoring of species at risk or the habitat of species at risk, or
(b)
with respect to wildlife species considered by the Minister to be at risk, the assessment and monitoring of the wildlife species and the habitat or potential habitat for those wildlife species.
69(2)Persons designated under subsection (1) may enter on or pass through private property without being liable for trespass.
